Rich creamy ,soft caramel pudding with banana flavour topped with caramel sauce and a slice of banana.

The classic caramel custard is favourite in our house especially in ramadan so for a change tried with banana flavour it was really yum… just added the fresh sweet ripe banana into the custaed and steamed …Also A slice of banana is placed on top of caramel syrup..

Instructions
- Brush the ramekins with butter and keep aside
- In a pan add sugar and water and caramelise it and pour onto the ramekins ,Then add the half of the sliced banana on top of it and keep aside.
- In a mixie jar blend together eggs,milk,sugar,condensed milk,vanilla essence., half of banana.
- Pour over the caramel and cover with foil and steam for 30 -35 minutes
- Once cool down ,refrigerate it for 2 hours
- Run a spatula around the edges of ramekins,invert to the plate and serve..
